5.0No hubo desayuno. No hay atención a la habitación. No hay frío bar y la atención de la cafetería no esta en la hora en que necesitas.

Worst hotel I can remember
1.0− Staff was rude and willingly unhelpful. Room was dirty. It smelled of cat piss. People from the bar upstairs were shouting in the corridors up to 2 am. We only got 1 towel for two. There was a light at the window on all night and bothered sleep. Breakfast was extra, overcharged, and we got bread with no butter and a tamal that was poorly heated and frozen inside. A disaster.

8.0Emplacement et magnifique vue sur la baie. Chouette bar et petite piscine en roof top. La chambre réservée n’avait pas deux lits comme indiquée sur l’annonce, après quelques négociations, le responsable nous a alloué une seconde chambre sans supplément.

6.0The location was pretty good. Not too far of a walk to the beach and Restaurants. The secure parking for our motorcycles was good too.
− The floors were quite dirty and sticky in the rooms. I had some slippers that were black on the bottom after two nights stay. I had to leave them behind. There was also a very strong “dry drain” smell in my room. I didn’t notice it immediately as all the windows were open when I arrived. I closed the windows at night and the smell was very strong. I had to open the windows again.

− Las ropa de cama y toallas pésimas. Ruido de música no se puede descansar. Piscina no tan buena. Baño falta ventilación. No hay ventilador en la habitación (cobran x noche). Netflix no funciona con normalidad. En conclusión DECEPCIÓN TOTAL.
