We were very happy with the hotel for a weeklong getaway in order to relax and swim.
9.0The staff was great, big pool, great views, excellent pizza at the pool bar, the breakfast buffet had a big selection. The room had a nice balcony. The bed was comfortable. There's a private beach on the property but we drove to a great beach 10m away.
Wielkie rozczarowanie!
2.0− Hotel jest zadbany, pokoje komfortowe, a personel na miejscu normalny. Niestety całe pozytywne wrażenie zostało przyćmione przez sposób podejścia do klienta przed przyjazdem oraz brak transparentności w kwestii zasad obowiązujących w hotelu. Na 9 dni przed planowanym pobytem, z powodu nieprzewidzianych okoliczności, zwróciliśmy się za pośrednictwem Booking.com z uprzejmą prośbą o wyjątkowe anulowanie bezzwrotnej rezerwacji. Nie oczekiwaliśmy, że hotel ma taki obowiązek – liczyliśmy jedynie na odrobinę zrozumienia i elastyczności. Mimo że do rozpoczęcia pobytu pozostawało jeszcze sporo czasu, hotel kategorycznie odmówił jakiegokolwiek kompromisu. Jednocześnie otrzymaliśmy informację, że możliwa jest zmiana terminu pobytu, jeśli będą dostępne wolne terminy. To utwierdziło nas w przekonaniu, że pewna swoboda decyzji istniała, ale nie została wykorzystana. Już przed przyjazdem pozostawiło to bardzo nieprzyjemny niesmak. Kolejnym rozczarowaniem były zasady obowiązujące w czasie szabatu. W sobotę nie można było zamówić kawy przygotowanej przez obsługę, świeżo wyciskanego soku z pomarańczy ani jajek sadzonych. Trudno było zrozumieć powód tych ograniczeń, skoro cały personel normalnie wykonywał swoją pracę i hotel funkcjonował jak zwykle. Dla gości wyglądało to nielogicznie i oznaczało po prostu niższy standard oferowanych usług. Nie kwestionuję prawa hotelu do przestrzegania własnych zasad religijnych. Uważam jednak, że takie ograniczenia powinny być jasno i wyraźnie komunikowane jeszcze przed dokonaniem rezerwacji. Gdybym wiedział wcześniej, że w czasie pobytu część standardowych usług gastronomicznych nie będzie dostępna z powodów religijnych, mógłbym świadomie podjąć decyzję o wyborze innego hotelu. Taka informacja nie powinna być zaskoczeniem dopiero na miejscu.

10.0Very nice location, outside the city but not too far. Perfect for families with kids and without. The private beach is a big plus, and the water is very clear. In addition, the pool was very good too. Every staff member was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back again.
