− I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of rooms provided during my recent stay at your hotel. In just one day, my group and I had to change rooms a total of five times due to various issues: 1. **Air Conditioning**: In one room, the air conditioning was not working. 2. **Odor**: Another room had a strong, unpleasant odor. 3. **Leakage**: One room had a leakage in the washroom. 4. **Cleanliness**: Another room had a dirty bed. 5. **Room Allocation**: Despite being a group of seven people, the rooms allocated to us were far apart, causing further inconvenience. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. We expected a comfortable and hassle-free stay, but instead, we faced numerous issues . Feel free to adjust any part of the message to better fit your needs. I hope this helps!
