− The location, the beds, the lack of pillows, the pool area, the food at the restaurant. All of it was way below par.

− The staff wanted to charge me extra if my friend stays for the night in our room. They charged me 500₽ but my friend ended up leaving. When it was time to pay me back they didn't have money to give me back.
Was just good for the price we paid.
