I was mostly happy with my stay
9.0Lovely building and garden, very friendly and helpful staff. Didn't have time for breakfast so can't comment on that. The bed was a bit hard for me, but that's probably personal choice. The room was also extremely hot, but I guess in this weather i couldn't expect much else. Overall I was happy.
− The room was extremely hot, but as I said before in this weather, without aircon, what can you expect. The key to the room door was very difficult to use/open. I left too early to to be able to comment to the staff.

1.0Nothing they accused me of smoking in my room when I didnt. The walls were covered in crap the shower was filthy and it was way to hot and people were up and down all night

Always a pleasure to return, never disappoints
10.0This time we stopped for an overnight to break a long journey, but stayed here in the past when we visited the NEC. We always feel welcome and the food from the dinner menu is exceptional. As usual, the room was clean and in perfect working order despite the age of the building.
I hope to come again.
8.0I didn't have breakfast. Ideal location for my visit. Very pleasant place to stay.
