Fantastic spot opposite the water with a touch of quirky period charm
7.0Phil was a great host with many extras available , even a glass of wine for such a small fee.. We felt the room could use a bit of time and TLC as starting to look and feel worn and in need. But otherwise location and vibe was great.
− Its very much a self serve check in etc and even though ours was a last minute booking it took an hour at least to get onto him to get into the hotel as all locked up and his advertised phone number was a full voicemailbox message.

Great option in the centre of town.
9.0Great location in centre of town. Room was large and comfortable. Excellent shower and comfy bed. Downstairs lounge and complementary port was a nice bonus.
− If in the front room be conscious of privacy as you are very visible from the park and path across the road.
