− We had a reservation but at arrival he tried to sell us a more expensive room. Only when we showed our reservation, it was possible to get the room we booked. Sheets were clean, but stained.

5.0Room was a good size, bed was comfortable. Conveniently located in the old part of Lucknow.
− Room was dirty, and not cleaned during my 3 day stay. Bedsheets needed a bloody good wash. The fridge had stuff that had been left there by previous occupants. The hotel was incredibly noisy, both people inside the property, and the traffic outside. Better soundproofing needed.
