This is probably one of the best hotels we have stayed at, though we did encounter several issues during our stay. The two-bedroom option is the best for a big family which is why we didn't choose Kempinski. We could keep the bedroom doors open and the main door locked for convenience. The balcony is great; you can see the sunrise and sunset over the sea. The food was great and safe overall. Karang is fantastic. There is one staff member whose first name starts with LO. He is great, speaks Chinese, Korean, English, and Japanese, and he is very entertaining. I loved the food he recommended. He has great attention to detail and gave enough snacks for the five of us. Some other restaurants only give four, so we have to rip one snack to share. The other good food venue is To'Ge, which is great for fussy eaters. This is the only place where everyone was happy because it serves a great variety of food. Just one thing: Hainanese chicken is best done with chicken thighs, but flavor-wise, it is the top. We didn't like Padi. We ordered the same food twice and the staff didn't say anything. Scusa has the highest prices but does not have good food. Most of the staff members are lovely, but we did experience a couple of minor exceptions with the housekeeping team. When I said hello to one cleaner, he gave no response at all, and another cleaner rolled her eyes at me. We also had big concerns regarding food and water safety in Bali, but hotel food is safe. We had consulted an AI that advised us it is best to brush our teeth and wash our face with bottled water, and only drink bottled water to avoid "Bali belly." A concierge told me before arrival that they could only deliver 8 bottles of mineral water per day. Because of this, we had to drag our suitcases around to get more bottled water right after getting off the plane.

− It would be nice if "Bali belly" wasn't such a constant worry; no one wants to spend their holiday dealing with diarrhoea and vomiting. The hotel food and pool are safe. We stayed on bottled water and bottled drinks. After check-in, we realised the mineral water delivery was inconsistent, and sometimes we only got 3 bottles. It was a bit annoying to keep asking for it. At some other hotels we have been to, there is a water station in the corridor where guests can take it themselves. Another small issue was with my booking name. Booking.com used my preferred name. It is accepted everywhere I go, but it caused a bit of a fuss at this hotel. I was told upon check-in to contact booking.com to change to my legal name. But I just got off a 6-hour flight from 3 am. I don't want to spend my holiday talking to booking.com. I don't quite see the reason for the issue, as I paid the full sum and have a valid ID. Furthermore, the tram system isn't ideal for families. Especially when coming out of Rimba, it is already full and impossible to fit into. We previously rented a buggy on Hamilton Island and explored the whole island. I would gladly pay more for a buggy here just to enjoy the whole resort more. It's a shame that there are a lot of pools and great places in the resort that I have not seen because of this. Finally, the credit card policy was a minor annoyance. Nowhere else holds funds on my credit card; they usually only want my credit card details. I don't like this policy because I prefer to spend money on my holidays without constantly being reminded of how much I am spending. The main thing of the holiday is to stay happy spending and not being told we have to hold more money on your card because you are exceeding the initial money we held on this card. And if you don't respond, we are going to do it anyway. Well, why bother telling me then?

太喜歡了，房間舒適，渡假村裡面的餐廳都好吃，每一個游泳池乾淨又漂亮，早餐好吃，小朋友跟家長都玩得非常開心。 Rock bar超讚，看夕陽真的很美，下次一定還要來無。

Just do it, I doubt you will regret it.

Stayed 10 days in total, was amazing. Really isn't much to complain about. Amazing clean place. Amazing service, everyone seemed quite genuinely happy to be working there.

Has set a ridiculous benchmark for high end resorts.

Hard to complain, great breakfast spread and enough restaurants that there is something for everyone. Place was insanely clean and service was just beyond expectations. Couldn't ask for more in alot of these categories.

− The only downside is (and as expected) was that the pricing is quite high inside the resort for food/drinks but that is the cost of great service plus high quality. I did use GRAB once to bring food in which the resort had no problems with.
