− The water heater didn't work and the staffs there didn't take initiative to get it ready for us. So we had to use cold water that too in a rainy weather.

8.0Rooms are clean and tidy. Felt it is a bit smaller than expected for the price but still comfortable.
− Sound proofing isn’t great, could hear noises from the common area and neighbors doors.

− First day the breakfast was good, 2nd day there was not enough, most of it finished before we could get to breakfast even tho the timing was 7am to 9am, we went there at 7.30 am, idly, we're hard, appama were cold, that is all they had. Not exactly what was advertised
