Beach and rooms very nice, great location and sunsets.

− This is honestly more of a 3 star hotel than a 4 star - even for Greek standards. The facilities were underwhelming and the pool area + beaches are much too crowded for the amount of rooms they offer. On the hotel info, it seems that it's not so much of a typical tourist bunker with typical all in tourists, but it really is. There's one buffet restaurant and the speciality restaurant which can only be used once, even if staying 2 weeks. Buffet is not bad in itself and selection changes a lot, very fish heavy. We decided to eat out a lot of the stay as we prefer proper dining or at least the a la carte option, which the hotel does not offer at all. At 9.30 punctually at dinner, you will be asked to leave, even if you have a full plate of food. The staff is very pushy about making guests leave punctually and it makes the experience unpleasant. Seems that the hotel is understaffed as well as the same people always work lunch, dinner, all day - so they seem very rushed when serving and not super attentive. There's also no bar or restaurant which is serviced throughout the entire resort. All is SELF SERVICE, which is a terrible experience as you always are required to queue for a drink in the evening. Also, there's a whole seating area outside at the bar which has no lighting at all, it's just a dark garden area. After dinner and in the evenings, there's only one single bar which is self service and there's not enough seating areas for the amount of rooms either. We must say, it was quite a disappointment apart from the rooms (which were very nice). Service, restaurants, self service, lots of loud kids, no beds at the beach, etc, etc.).^ If you're considering booking this hotel, be aware that this is a TOURIST BUNKER style hotel, not at all "special".

Tous est exceptionnel ! Le site, la piscine et les deux plages privées .. Le personnel est adorable toujours disponible. La formule all inclusive avec un buffet qui change à tous les repas avec une très grande qualité de nourriture pour tous les goûts.

− Je trouve que faire payer la clim en plus pour une formule à ce prix est abusé .. 60 pour 4 nuits et seulement utilisé 3 ça fait cher la clim.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marpunta Resort. The people were amazing, and every single member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Evgenia and Eirini were wonderful. The pool is incredible, the sea is crystal clear and absolutely fantastic, and the entire setting is beautiful and relaxing. The food was truly first-class—every meal was delicious and exceeded our expectations. This is an outstanding resort in every way. We would highly recommend Marpunta to anyone visiting Alonissos, and we can’t wait to come back!

Αν έπρεπε να διαλέξουμε το καλύτερο ξενοδοχείο που έχουμε επισκεφθεί ποτέ, αυτό θα ήταν χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη το Marpunta Resort! Όλα ήταν πραγματικά άψογα από την πρώτη μέχρι την τελευταία στιγμή. Η τοποθεσία είναι μαγευτική, μέσα στη φύση, με μια από τις ομορφότερες παραλίες της Αλοννήσου ακριβώς μπροστά στο ξενοδοχείο. Τα νερά ήταν καταπληκτικά και δεν χρειαζόταν να πάμε πουθενά αλλού για μπάνιο. Το φαγητό ήταν πλούσιο, με μεγάλη ποικιλία και πραγματικά πεντανόστιμο σε κάθε γεύμα. Το προσωπικό, από όλους ανεξαιρέτως, ήταν πάντα χαμογελαστό, ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαζόμασταν. Μας εντυπωσίασαν επίσης όλες οι παροχές του ξενοδοχείου, όπως οι καθημερινά καθαρές πετσέτες για την παραλία, αλλά και το beach bar με εξαιρετικούς καφέδες, ποτά και ό,τι μπορούσε να χρειαστεί κανείς για να απολαύσει τη μέρα του. Μας άρεσε τόσο πολύ αυτός ο επίγειος παράδεισος, που πολλές φορές δεν θέλαμε καν να φύγουμε από το ξενοδοχείο για να εξερευνήσουμε το νησί! Είχαμε όλες τις ανέσεις και νιώθαμε ότι βρισκόμασταν σε έναν πραγματικά ξεχωριστό προορισμό. Συγχαρητήρια σε όλη την ομάδα του Marpunta Resort για την εξαιρετική δουλειά της. Φεύγουμε με τις πιο όμορφες αναμνήσεις και ανυπομονούμε να επιστρέψουμε!
