6.0A beautiful old pub with comfortable rooms and friendly staff in a great location.
− Weak Wi-Fi, a noisy road near my room, no fan on a hot night.
Overall we left a little disappointed that the customer service let this establishment down.
8.0Room was very clean Breakfast was excellent
− Woken at 6am by the room above each morning you could hear them walking across the room and opening and closing doors. With exception of one staff member the staff did not come across as friendly service without a smile. We had a discount voucher and wanted to use it at the end of each evening to settle our bill however they transferred it first day to our room and said they were unable to reverse the action and we could not use the voucher once it has been put onto the hotel bill - very annoying
No staff to greet us on arrival
5.0− No instruction on WiFi which also operated the tv sound very low unable to turn the volume up
