Great location for a Preston city break

Great location in the prettiest historic place in Preston. Walking through the gardens and Avenham park was a delight. Also very convenient for the train station. Useful kitchenette with fridge, and they supply fresh milk, cereal and crisps. Very good room fan which was needed! The lady doing the cleaning was lovely.

− The room was small with the space taken out for the kitchen so got very hot and humid, especially after running the shower. Couldn't open a window to get fresh air in. There was a breakfast table and chairs tucked into a corner but nowhere sensible to put them up.

Location as great, the room was modern, clean & comfortable

− It was quite noisy, as we was right near the front door. A lot of chatter from people as they came and went. Across from us was a really noisy couple, always shouting and arguing. (But of course this is nothing to do with your property. Just inconsiderate guests.
