A fantastic hotel in a brilliant location with exceptional service and comfortable rooms!
10.0From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and made us feel at home straight away. The hotel offered fantastic value for money, especially considering its location close to Mount Etna. Our room was spotless, and the daily housekeeping kept everything immaculate throughout our stay. Breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold options, so there was something for everyone, and the spa was the perfect way to relax after a long day exploring Mount Etna.
− There wasn't really anything that detracted from our stay. If I had to be picky, some areas of the hotel feel a little traditional in style, but everything was well maintained and very clean.

− Entra luz no quarto assim que o sol nasce pois as persianas do nosso quarto estão estragadas e o pequeno almoço apesar de ter variedade tem pouca qualidade.
