9.0Clean, comfortable and stylish rooms, nice breakfast included in a fine restaurant off the lobby. Fridge and kettle provided, plenty of storage space and a large desk and chair for mealtimes in the room. Warm water shower, good aircon.
− Would be helpful if the facility kept a small amount of cash in hand to assist guests wishing to exchange larger for smaller peso currency. Hotel is a cash-only facility so there should not be a problem with keeping a reasonable amount of smaller denomination currency on hand.

10.0the staff are friendly, everytime i go to tacloban i always stay in this hotel. Its accessible to everything. Its also clean what i like the most. they never disappoint me everytime i stay there..
