Exceptional hotel with wonderful staff
10.0From the moment we arrived at Monkey Casa, the experience was exceptional, and that was largely thanks to the amazing and attentive staff. Guilherme was always on hand to help with everything from booking local excursions and taxis to offering fantastic recommendations that really helped us make the most of our stay. Vanessa provided an exceptional breakfast every morning and was so warm, friendly, and welcoming that we genuinely felt at home throughout our time there. Beyond the service, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with incredible attention to detail in every aspect of the design and atmosphere. It strikes the perfect balance between being attentive and offering guests plenty of privacy, which made the whole experience feel incredibly relaxed and personal. Of course, the true mark of any great hotel is a good night’s sleep, and I can honestly say the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in while travelling. The mattress was brilliant, and the quality of the bedding and sheets was outstanding. Monkey Casa is a brilliant hotel in every sense, and staying there genuinely enhanced our entire holiday. We would return in a heartbeat.

10.0A pousada é muito tranquila, natureza e tem ótima localização. Guilherme que nós recepcionou é bem atencioso, conhece bem Trancoso. A privacidade é algo muito bom, os quartos amplo e bem arejado.

10.0El lugar es una casa moderna, hoy una posada. Nos encantó los espacios comunes, saloness amplios, con mobiliarios de muy buen nivel, el jardin tropical era perfecto para estar en relax, la verdad que disfrutamos la paz y la libertad de la casa, amamos estar dentro de la paz de la casa. Comoda para ir caminado al centro turisticos y caminatas a la playa. Desayunos increibles!!! Una mención especial para nuestro anfitrión, siempre atento, super disponible y amoroso.

10.0Amei tudo! Fomos eu e minha mãe, super bem recebidas pelo Guilherme que é muito atencioso e educado, sempre disposto a fazer da nossa estadia a melhor possível. O café da manhã é maravilhoso e a casa impecável - a decoração, a area externa da piscina, tudo pensado pra trazer uma sensação de estar realmente em uma casa. Amei e recomendo muito!
