− Le dessert inclus dans le menu n'est pas sujet à un choix contrairement aux Primi e Secondi, cela pourrait être amélioré même si au final les serveurs proposaient des alternatives

6.0The hotel was clean, well maintained, and offered a beautiful view. The pool area was also very nice, with a great atmosphere and a lovely outlook.
− Unfortunately, the service, especially from the restaurant staff, was disappointing. One issue was the table reservation system. The same tables were assigned to the same rooms throughout the stay and were not changed, even when better tables by the windows were available. Those tables remained reserved for other rooms instead of being offered to guests, which felt unfair and reduced the dining experience
