10.0Excelente y amable atención. Ambiente acogedor, familiar y tranquilo. Responde de manera perfecta al concepto "boutique" que ofrece. Infraestructura en perfectas condiciones, habitaciones con hermosa vista, Desayuno variado, todo muy ordenado e impecable en cuanto a limpieza y presentación. Se nota la preocupación por los detalles.

10.0Nice and quite location. Good breakfast. Attended by the owners Kitty and George (Jorge). George showed up while we were having breakfast with two printed maps and recommendations for our only day in Valdivia. Importantly he gave us a tip for where to park our car when in town. Kitty came to greet us too and recommended her favorite restaurants.

10.0En general todo estuvo perfecto, comenzando por la hospitalidad, la amabilidad y preocupación por brindar una excelente estadía nos sorprendió gratamente. La limpieza fue otro factor importante. El desayuno fue maravilloso para todos los gustos muy variado y cosas muy ricas, el kuchen de frambuesa con arándanos espectacular, y esos huevos preparados con tanto esmero. La verdad recomendable al 200%

9.0Die Lage am und der Blick auf den Valdivia-Fluss sind kaum zu toppen, allerdings etwas außerhalb von Valdivia. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Wir hatten mit George einen sehr netten und zugewandten Gastgeber! Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen vom Gastgeber gebauten Kofferlift für das Gepäck, da alle Zimmer im 1. OG liegen. Das Haus selbst hat eine sehr persönliche und individuelle Note. Es gibt einen kleinen Außenpool, der jahreszeitlich bedingt nicht mehr in Betrieb war.
− Es gibt Katzen im Haus, das sollte man wissen.

8.0Very clean, lovely view, welcoming host. We were happy that there was a desk in the room so we could work. Also was super that there were some English speaking channels on the TV.
− Shower too a long time to heat up.
