− The 1st floor balcony was filled with cigarette smoke due to smoking downstairs (by the main door). Reception(check-in) unclear waiting. English non-existent. We decided to eat exceptionally at the hotel's restaurant-pizzeria (good according to reviews). The pizzas were disappointing. Likewise the service, expressionless money-losing attitude. The price of the hotel night is overpriced compared to the level of the hotel, you pay for the scenery.
