9.0Pulizia, camera silenziosa come richiesto, camera spaziosa, bel balcone, vista sulle montagne, buona colazione, personale alla reception molto gentile.
− Il primo giorno a colazione un cameriere ha insistito per farmi sedere in una stanzina di 2 metri per 2, dichiarando che tutti i tavoli erano prenotati, naturalmente i tavoli erano tutti vuoti nel salone delle colazioni, ho fatto le mie rimostranze senza riuscire a cambiare tavolo. Naturalmente mi sono lamentata in reception e il secondo giorno mi sono seduta dove volevo, anche il secondo giorno i tavoli erano tutti liberi. Peccato perchè questo atteggiamento ottuso di un cameriere non mi ha fatto dare 10 all'hotel e la prossima volta che verrò a Vipiteno non so se ritornerò in questo hotel, dove devo lottare per scegliere un posto dove sedermi a colazione. Peccato.

− Die Strasse ist etwas laut, die Fenster aber so gut, dass man nichts hört.

9.0Vicino al centro. Parcheggio davanti l’hotel. Bella la sala da pranzo. Cena buona sia a là carte che in mezza pensione.
− L’ascensore aveva un odore strano. La colazione potrebbe migliorare, poca scelta.
