Exactly I had booked the room on single occupant, but suddenly expected a guest for a short meet for which she submitted documents and I was ready to pay extra …..I requested them but they disagreed……so I had to checkout…..I stayed in multiple hotels through booking.com, But this was my worst experience

− la camera sapeva di umidità, l'odore di umidità percepibile chiaramente subito all'ingresso. mi sono fermato solo 3 ore, ma non andava bene, anche il letto umido. mi scuso ma non siamo abituati a questo.
