− I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The overall cleanliness was shocking and completely below acceptable standards. There were bees on the bed, which made the room feel unsafe and unhygienic. I have never experienced something like this before. The bathroom condition was even worse. It was extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and highly unhygienic. The shower tap was not functioning properly, and basic cleanliness was clearly neglected. Additionally, the behavior of the staff was not satisfactory. They were unresponsive and did not handle concerns professionally. There was no sense of hospitality or accountability. Overall, I am highly disappointed with the services and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Serious improvements in hygiene, maintenance, and staff behavior are needed.
