− The hotel wouldn't reply to any form of communication in the buildup to the stay, and when we did arrive we were met with abuse from the guy at the reception because of the time we turned up, even though it was confirmed through the booking app. The room itself was basic and didn't feel clean, the radiator leaked onto the bed, the shower had broken and was stuck at one temperature (thankfully hot)
