Den Namen (Märchenschloss) haben sie sich definitiv verdient, absolut genial traumhaft.

Sehr freundlich und persönlich, sie merken sich die namen und die der Kinder. Es gibt alles von klein bis gross.

− Das ist meckern auf hohem niveau, das Abendessen ist ala cart. Wir bevorzugen mit Kindern Buffet, da es am Abend immer schwierig ist, wie lange das Kind noch mitmacht. (Aber jedes Kind ist anders)

I liked the fact that everything was designed with children in mind. The children were delighted. I liked the food, although the selection was limited, but there was always something suitable for both adults and children. I also appreciated that the hotel was located within an hour's walk from beautiful scenery, making it accessible to children. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The outside area was very interesting for kids and their parents, with all animals, really cool playground, racing bicycles etc.

− The furniture in the rooms is a bit old and unpleasant. There was also a lack of cleanliness, possibly due to the old furniture or the large number of flies in the room when we first checked in. We opened the windows and drove the flies away, but we occasionally found dead flies in the corners, which was not very pleasant considering that the children mostly played on the floor.
