− Oda kirliydi ve her şey kırık döküktü. Havlular eskmiş ve kirliydi. Havluları değlştirmelerini istediğimizde bizden extra ücret talep ettiler. Banyodaki ısıtıcı çalışmıyor , su soğuk akıyordu ve basıncı çok düşüktü. Çalışanlar müşteri ile ilgilenmiyorlar. The room was dirty and everything was broken. The towels were worn and soiled. When we asked them to change the towels, they charged us extra. The heater in the bathroom wasn't working, the water was cold, and the pressure was very low. The staff were indifferent to customer service.
