− Đặt phòng không hút thuốc nhưng có mùi thuốc, không thoáng, thang máy khá cũ, cách âm tệ , điều hòa cũ nên bị mùi, rác của khách cũ chưa dọn sạch

− J'avais réservé pour une semaine. Je ne suis rester que 2 jours parce que c'était très malpropre, et de la fausse publicité. Il n'y a pas de restaurant, pas de déjeuner, pas de lac et pas de balcon. Ce sont des menteurs malpropres. Parce que je ne suis rester que deux jours. Ils ont porté une plainte contre moi chez Booking.con en me réclamant une semaine de frais d'hotel prétextant faussement que je ne me suis pas présenté dans leurs trou à rat.
