Nice hotel, pricey for what it is.
7.0Nice hotel, rooms a little small for the price especially if you can't use the spa etc (quite restricted for Children) food in Horto restaurant not great, but the clocktower is nice.
− We had a problem with out shower which made the whole room smell like a sewer overnight, not ideal in a "luxury" hotel however it was sorted fairly quickly in the morning, just not a great start to the day!

− Would have preferred a walk in shower instead of shower over a bath.

10.0This is the most beautiful relaxing hotel with excellent facilities. The staff are outstanding, they are obviously very well respected by the owners. The service levels are exceptional. I was greeted at my car for someone to collect my bags, someone will always park the car for me, and then I was offered a driver to drop off and then collect me. It absolutely made my day!
