− ไม่มีdrop off กระเป๋า, ไม่มีserviceใดๆ, ไม่มีลิฟท์ ต้องเดินบันไดไปชั้น 3, ผ้าเช็ดตัวมีกลิ่น, ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่น, อาบน้ำแล้วน้ำไหลมาข้างนอก ไม่มีคนอยู่ที่เคาเตอร์ ราคาแพงเกินไปมาก เห็นคนสูงอายุยักแย่ยักยันที่บันได ขึ้นลงลำบาก No drop off Lugguage, no services at all, no elevator to go to 3rd floor, bad smell towel and bathroom, wet floor go outside bath area in bath room, very high price with very under standard.

8.0Mooie plek aan de Mekong en dichtbij restaurants, cafés en winkeltjes. Het hotel heeft ook een restaurant met super lekker eten en het Vera café heeft top koffie.
