9.0The staff at the hotel was absolutely awesome! They helped us with with everything and went above and beyond! For the first night, we had a room without A/C and as it was really hot at that time and we were traveling with our toddler, we asked if we could switch to a room with an A/C and they made it possible even though the hotel was fully booked. This is something we valued and appreciated a lot!! The breakfast was also really good! Everything was marked so you could easily figure out what to eat in case of allergies.
