One of the most luxury hotel in mallorca
10.0An exceptional experience in mallorca. Both restaurants were outstanding, and I especially recommend the carpaccio. Breakfast was delivered to our room and beautifully set up just for us. The staff were extremely kind and attentive. You can experience sea activities.
Think twice before booking. A member of staff asked us to leave.

− Damp rooms, ac didn’t work. Squeaky fan in room would have to be off to be able to sleep.
Started out like a fantasy ended up like a drama. They could’ve had multiple solutions, but they choose to lie and insul
1.0They stole our sunglasses on the beach initially they told us they would replace it to let us leave and when we left, they told us we lied and everything .insulting horrible experience for something so expensive and could’ve been so beautiful

Unique, lovely property that’s a once in a lifetime experience
7.0Beautiful property and the staff was beyond fantastic. Excellent food, service and the restaurants are picturesque and gorgeous !
− The pool was small as was the beach area so there wasn’t much to do, and unfortunately the pool was full of obnoxious couples posturing for one another, shouting and on phones. Not relaxing at all —so we basically stayed at the palapa above our room— fabulous! The room was gorgeous but had a musty smell after being closed up due to it essentially being underground. Asking for a dehumidifier helped immediately so do ask for one!
Beautiful hotel, dining amenities need a rethink
8.0Beautiful castle built into rock, looks amazing when lit up at night. Two good dining options for evening, esp the tasting menu restaurant. Spa was good.
− It’s a bit remote, too far/tricky to get to other restaurants in evening and neither restaurant at hotel ideal in shoulder season when weather is unreliable, so a bit limited for longer stays. Although breakfast in room is nice, missed not having a breakfast restaurant. Bar very quiet.
