9.0Room is spacious. Bed and pillows are comfortable and clean. Bathroom is clean. The fact that this hotel have late checkin and can still receive bookings after 12 is a great factor for me.
Disappointed
2.0Location
− The biggest disappointment wasn't even the power outage—it was how the situation was handled. The crisis management was poor from start to finish. The entire building was without electricity, making it impossible to stay for the last night. The hotel assured me that the unused night would be refunded, yet Booking.com later informed me that no agreement had been reached with the hotel, so no refund was issued. The alternative offered was to change the unused night to a future stay, which is hardly a reassuring option. After all, it's difficult to feel confident booking another stay when there's no way of knowing if the electricity will decide to take another holiday. Unexpected incidents can happen, but how they're managed is what guests remember. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of expectations.

Decent property with very good staff
8.0Despite a small incident regarding ironing the hotel management and staff very helpful and proactive to fix the issue that happened. I really appreciated the gesture and professionalism of the staff from start to finish. No matter the state of the hotel I can see and recognize that the staff is very caring, hardworking and dedicated to the client experience.
− Cleanliness could be improved and maybe be careful about the equipment in the room. If damaged it should be replaced to avoid having a regrettable incident.
