Very nice hotel pleasant staff and good location
7.0It was central to everything in Harrogate it was comfortable and the staff were helpful
− For the first night we had only 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel and the mixer tap was faulty which caused it to be stuck on hot which would have been a safety issue (risk of scalding) I managed to fix it and then reported it to the front desk who said they would report it to maintenance. There was also building work going on directly on the roof of another building directly outside our room which we were not aware off but on a positive note it didn’t start until 09:00 but overall it was a very nice place to stay.

9.0We loved the rooms. They were well furnished, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food was great. Good quality ingredients and cooked well. Staff were very helpful.
− Paying for parking the car in the hotel car park. They should include it in the cost of the room, not separately.
