9.0Tout ! Personnel très souriant, très bons petits déjeuners, superbe emplacement. C'était notre 2eme séjour à Jasper House, et j'espère pas le dernier
− Les mauvaises critiques. Elles ne sont pas justifiées. Le prix pourrait etre cependant revu légèrement à la baisse pour s'aligner avec les tarifs locaux.
Laziest staff I've ever met
4.0Location was fine. Yoga class by Toby was excellent
− Rude, lazy staff. This is my third time in Sri Lanka and first time I met such unaccommodating people. Room falsely advertised two beds and staff didn't want to help rectify it (all they had to do was split the double bed to two, which was possible after I asked several times). Overpriced. Much better available in the area for better prices. Breakfast was poor.

10.0Espectacular y precioso. Es una gozada tener esas ventanas al descubierto con todas las palmeras cuando te despiertas. A mi padre le preocupaba que entraran mosquitos, pero con la mosquitoes de la cama se soluciona perfectamente. El personal ha sido muy atento y nos han ayudado en todo momento. Desayuno generoso. Esperamos volver. Gracias!
− Quizá habríamos añadido una neverita en el cuarto para conservar el agua fría. Pero lo demás excelente.
