OVER ALL IT WAS A PLEASENT STAY AND WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE
9.0As a frequent traveler, I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for one night and overall it was a very good experience. The staff was professional, cooperative, and the check-in process was quick. The room was clean, well-managed, quiet, and comfortable with no unpleasant smell. Bedsheets, pillow covers, washroom, lifts, and corridors were all properly maintained and hygienic. I had a wonderful sleep during my stay. However, the Wi-Fi service needs improvement as it was occasionally troublesome, and drinking water should be provided in the room. Also, adding more variety to the breakfast menu would be appreciated. Overall, my stay was excellent and comfortable.

Good location staff was polite and professional
7.0Central location near to the metro bus and shops but busy at night time too if you light sleeper might not suit you.
− Average Desi breakfast with limited choice had to pay for the water and couple of times food wasn’t warm enough. Hotel also had function until 2am (receptionist told me) on the roof and were moving chairs etc hence too noisy.
Please provide a free breakfast facility to the room instead of buffy.
