− Cockroach inside the room and no lift.

8.0Staff was nice, frontdesk is considerate. Rooms are clean.
− No ramp. No elevator (but was okay since they are considerate enough not to give higher floors). No telephone to call the receptionist.

− Cleaning and maintenance are inadequate. There are different types of insects throughout the hotel, including the rooms. It needs professional pest control. The air conditioner is from prehistoric age and very noisy.
