4.0La camada cómoda, el lugar muy helado en general
− Las sábanas estaban manchadas con sangre, el piso del baño cuando llegamos estaba mojado, no salió agua caliente, el papel higiénico ni siquiera era nuevo, mucho ruido exterior podrían tener ventanas con aislamiento, entraba mucho viento además, no había un lugar donde poder incluso solicitar agua por la noche, no tenía clóset, tampoco mesitas de noche para ambos lados de la cama, menos enchufes para ambos lados, ni lámparas, había que si o si prender la luz de la habitación. Para el precio demasiado caro para tan poco servicio. Ponen una TV con un control Smart TV pero la TV no era smart… todo mal realmente

Less then ideal
7.0Bed was super comfortable, room and bathroom clean. Breakfast was alright, cheese, ham, eggs, roll, coffee and juice.
− The lady that met at the door was less then friendly, flinging her arms towards the stairs for me to go up. Very short with communication, rude, huffing, no onsite parking.. offered private parking $4000 peso given a paper map with address and key (it may be obvious to locals) but I could not find the said parking lot. In the morning, well resting after breakfast (10 am) loud knocking at my door.. check out is 11 am - very clear the staff WANT you out ASAP Not thrilled by the hospitality
