10.0We had a wonderful stay at Gazel Butik Otel, Mr. Fuat and Mr. Adnan were extradinarily hospitable, friendly, and took care of us like Family. The hotel had an amazing view of Abraham's Pool, Urfa Castle, and minutes from Sanliurfa Archeological Museum. We used Mr. Adnan service to take us on several wonderful tours of wherever we wanted to go ( Goblekitepe, Karahantepe, Halfeti, etc.); we felt like the honored guests.

10.0The location was fantastic - in the old city, just a stone's throw from Abraham's pool, the citadel, and the archaeological museum, but an incredibly peaceful and quiet area. Despite visiting in chilly November, the room was always cozy thanks to the efficient air conditioning. The daily evening tea was a lovely touch, and the fresh breakfast served on the balcony with stunning views was the perfect start to the day. But the real gem of this place is its manager, Mr. Fuad. He goes above and beyond to ensure every guest's stay is perfect. I can't wait to return!
