1.0− Vi fik aldrig en bekræftigelse på at vores overnatning var accepteret, hvilket betød at da vi ankom til hotellet om natten med to børn var der intet værelse. Alligevel har både booking.com/hotellet trukket penge som vi har bedt om at få retur, men endnu ikke modtaget, på trods af vi ingen overnatning har haft… vi har altså betalt for en ydelse vi ikke har fået. Både booking.com og hotellet er meget længe om at vende retur. Det er ikke særlig god service og dybt urimeligt at pengene bliver trukket uden at overnatningen er accepteret. Jeg ser meget gerne at vores penge snart kommer retur. / We never received a confirmation that our reservation had been accepted. As a result, when we arrived at the hotel late at night with our two children, there was no room available for us. Despite this, both Booking.com and the hotel charged us for the reservation. We have requested a refund, but we still have not received it, even though we never stayed at the hotel. In other words, we have paid for a service that was never provided. Both Booking.com and the hotel have taken a very long time to respond. This is not the level of service we expected, and it is deeply unfair that payment was taken before the reservation had even been confirmed. I would appreciate it if our refund could be processed as soon as possible.
