4.0Lage ist schön, an der Agger gelegen
− Lärm vom Restaurant, warmes Wasser hat anfangs gefehlt, Zimmer ist sehr klein, Matratzen extrem weich, Zugang zum Zimmer über steile Treppe und dunklen, unschönen Vorraum.

6.0Der Hotelbereich war sauber und ordentlich. Das Zimmer war relativ gross, bequeme Betten und sauberes Bad.
− Bei der Buchung war uns nicht klar, dass unten im Haus ein Restaurant ist, das nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun hat. Leider hatte uns die Mail der Verwaltung mit dem Schlüsselcode nicht erreicht, so dass wir rumtelefonieren und zur Verwaltung, 10 Min entfernt fahren mussten um ins Zimmer zu gelangen. Auf den Fotos sieht es so aus als ob der Tresen des Restaurants die Reception zur Anmeldung ist, es gibt aber keine. Das muss deutlicher gemacht werden.

6.0The hotel was good for a meal.
− Poorly signposted to find hotel. There were no staff to help us enter our room. A staff member of the attached hotel helped us. The golf club we called for assistance did not return our calls.
Excellent stay.
9.0I could freely retrieve and return keys without having to bother anyone. It was quiet, nice location, clean bathroom, nice floors. The best was the facilities being very modern with strong water pressure and quick heat.
− Not much. Perhaps the balcony was a bit less taken care of, but we did not expect one anyways.
Small hotel with a good restaurant
9.0The room was big. The beds were very comfortable. We had breakfast at Schloss Auel and that worked perfectly. We also had dinner at Don Caruso in house. The food was excellent and the staff was fantastic. Reserve a table if you want to eat because they are very popular.
