− El ruido. No pudimos dormir en toda la noche por la música. La comida también era muy regular. Pedimos una picada y era una gran cantidad de papas con salchicha y butifarra.

1.0− At our arrival to this hotel, front desk unpolite people informed us that the hotel never received information from Booking about our reservation. We tried to show your confirmation and different e-mails, and the people did not look at it, only insisted there was not any reservation from Booking and there were not any available room. After seventeen hours of car trip, with a minor child, we had to go to sleep at another site. Who is lying: Booking or the hotel? Until there was not an answer, I will never use more Booking and will inform my colleagues and friends about this.
