1.0− Vi ankom til overnatningsstedet, og mødte en låst dør. Der var en nøglenoks med kode, hvor vi pr. Mail skulle have fået tilsendt en kode. Den havde vi ikke modtaget. Vi prøvede at ringe til værten, uden at komme i kontakt med nogen. Vi var derfor nødsaget til at finde et andet overnatningssted. Vi skrev til værten, med cc. til Booking, at vi naturligvis ikke ville betale for overnatningen. Efter at have sendt ovennævnte mail modtog vi dagen efter mailen med koden til nøgleboksen. Værten påstår at det er Bookings skyld, og Booking er fuldstændig tavse. Jeg tænker at vi kan glemme alt om at få refunderet beløbet, da vi tilsyneladende bliver skubbet rundt imellem værten og Booking. 10.0Sehr schöne idyllische Lage. Super sauberes Badezimmer. Leckeres Frühstück mit frischen Wurstwaren und guter Auswahl an verschiedenen Marmeladen und Cerialien. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.
Good to know
Guests arriving by car should use the Bad Hersfeld-West/Aua motorway exit and not the Kirchheim exit. Navigation systems may direct guests to Kirchheim, but this leads to a private forest with no access.
