Nice place but a bit abandoned
7.0Both room and bathroom sizes are ok, big enough I would say. And they were pretty clean. Beds are comfortable. The room terrace was a big plus and what allowed us to survive the infernal temperature inside the room. Hotel is located 30minutes walking from the center but you can either easily take the bus/tram or walk alongside the river which is nice and easy. On the river side, close to the hotel (5 minuts walking) there's is a mini market and several coffee/restaurants.
− The AC was not working and the room was at a comfortable 28°C (irony mode on).. Despite letting the staff know, they did nothing. I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Actually the staff was polite but very careless about anything related to the customers.. Still I asked some questions and got very short but kind of useful answers. I found the hotel to be late season or out of season as some lights weren't working, rooms weren't cleaned during our stay (not that I need it anyway), and employee carts spend hours in the middle of the hallway without anyone caring.
