Lovely hotel with beautiful views from all parts of the hotel. Great facilities, superb food and drink. Dog friendly. A car is needed to explore the area which has lots to offer. Very friendly staff.

The level of service received from the hotel staff was impeccable from start to finish. We enjoyed spending time relaxing in the spa and pool area, which has multiple pools and saunas to choose from and experience. Little touches like ice cream by the pool were greatly appreciated. Our room was spotless, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable, with a mountain view and balcony. Dinner and breakfast were plentiful and delicious - we had dinner out on the terrace which gave a lovely view over the mountains. Overall would very much recommend!

Here we are again. That's not surprising, because Santre has something addictive about it. However, despite this being our second stay and already having a third visit booked, we're honestly questioning whether we'll return after that. Don't get me wrong—Santre is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Unfortunately, this stay included too many issues that left us feeling disappointed. Our first visit was during the winter, while this time we stayed in May. We always try to visit during quieter periods, yet we've noticed the prices increasing significantly. We usually stay for a week. Our first stay cost around €2,500, the second €3,300, the third €3,800, and for a fourth trip—which we've now decided to cancel—we were quoted €4,500. Considering that we also spend approximately €1,500 on wine, champagne, the bar, and spa treatments during each stay, we're beginning to question whether the overall experience still justifies the cost. Another downside was the growing number of Instagram influencers constantly taking photos and filming videos around the spa and pool areas. Being unintentionally captured on camera while you're trying to relax is something we found very intrusive. Speaking of the pool, we also found it uncomfortable that full-body swimwear, such as burkinis, is permitted in the pool. In our personal opinion, it doesn't align with the level of hygiene and comfort we expect from a luxury wellness hotel. There were also a few smaller issues. The pool cues are clearly due for replacement, and seeing owners or staff members smoking on the terrace next to the bar while on duty doesn't leave the most professional impression. It's also worth noting that American Express is not accepted. Despite these criticisms, Santre remains a place where you can enjoy excellent food, spacious and comfortable rooms, and truly relax—provided the atmosphere is peaceful. Overall, Santre used to offer outstanding value for money.

Nous avons eu une très belle chambre au 3e étage avec une magnifique vue. Nous avons très bien mangé, les déjeuners buffet et à la carte sont excellents. De même pour les soupers avec 3 choix d'entrées et de repas. Nous avons eu le buffet dessert le samedi absolument exceptionnel. Les installations sont magnifiques, piscine, spa. Le cadre est relaxant. Nous avons particulièrement aimé le calme au bord de la piscine. Pas de musique et c'était parfait. La vue de la piscine est sublime.

− Il serait apprécié d'inclure l'eau plate et pétillante au souper, ça améliorerait l'expérience. De même que le café. De plus des salières poivrières à chaque table seraient appréciées. Deux grandes oreillers seraient mieux qu'une grande et une petite mais elles étaient confortable et c'est un choix personnel
