Dålig kommunikation, dåligt med dubbelbokning.

− Vi bokade 2 rum men det ena var redan upptaget när vi kom fram. Vi 5 personer fick dela på 1 rum, 4 stycken i en dubbelsäng och 1 i en fåtölj på golvet. Har försökt att få tag på personalen men de svarar inte på mail. Hela hotellet var igenbommat, ingen personal på plats varken på kvällen eller på morgonen
