3.0− Leider können wir dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr unfreundlich. Ein freundliches Grüßen oder ein respektvoller Umgang schienen leider nicht selbstverständlich zu sein. Besonders unangenehm war die Situation beim Bezahlen mit Karte: Das Kartenlesegerät wurde weggenommen, obwohl die PIN-Eingabe noch nicht abgeschlossen war. Zusätzlich wurde uns ein anderer Preis berechnet als der, der über Booking.com vereinbart war. Eine nachvollziehbare Erklärung dafür haben wir nicht erhalten. Auch das Essen konnte uns nicht überzeugen. Gerade in Tschechien sind wir normalerweise eine deutlich bessere Küche gewohnt. Insgesamt hat der Aufenthalt unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt.

8.0✅ snídaně jsou fajn, dle vlastního výběru (švédský stůl) ✅ dobrá lokalita, hned vedle hotelu je městské koupaliště ✅ parkování v pohodě ✅ check-in přes internet (nezdržuje to)
− ➖ asi ty umělé kytky všude, možná by bylo lépe bez nich (jednak to nevypadá nic moc a jednak jsou to slušné lapače prachu)
