− Słabe jedzenie wrażenie tanich produktów
Patīkama vieta ģimenes atpūtai ar skaistu apkārtni, gardu ēdienu un daudzām aktivitātēm.
7.0Viesnīca ir liela un atrodas skaistā vietā ezera krastā. Īpaši paveicas tiem, kuri saņem numuriņu ar skatu uz ezeru – tas noteikti ir viens no viesnīcas lielākajiem plusiem. Ģimenēm ar bērniem liels ieguvums ir akvaparks, kā arī dažādās papildu aktivitātes, piemēram, rodeļi un izjādes ar zirgiem. Patīkamu iespaidu atstāja restorāni – ēdiens bija ļoti garšīgs. Arī recepcijas darbinieki bija laipni un centās palīdzēt.
− Jārēķinās, ka daudzi pakalpojumi ir par papildu samaksu – gan autostāvvieta, gan halāti, kā arī citas lietas, kas šāda līmeņa viesnīcā varētu būt iekļautas cenā. Restorānu cenas šķita diezgan augstas. Mums nepaveicās ar numuriņu, jo netikām pie skata uz ezeru. Sarežģījumi radās arī ar Wi‑Fi – tikai pēc vairākkārtējas vēršanās recepcijā izdevās to sakārtot, turklāt rūteris numurā bija jāpieslēdz pašiem. Komunikāciju apgrūtināja tas, ka daļa recepcijas darbinieku angļu valodu pārzināja nepietiekami labi, tādēļ problēmu risināšana aizņēma vairāk laika, nekā gribētos. Kopumā viesnīca ir laba, taču, ņemot vērā viesnīcas izmaksas, gaidījām nedaudz vairāk ērtību un pakalpojumu bez papildu maksas.
