Paid for a room, ended up sleeping on the hallway floor.

I stayed here once before and it was fine but this time was a whole different experience. Probably the worst experience I've ever had travelling.

− I booked a room expecting a place to rest after cycling 150 km. Instead, I ended up trying to sleep on the floor in the hallway. I was given an attic room in the middle of summer where the window wouldn't open. The room must have been well over 40°C, no exaggeration. It was actually cooler outside than it was inside the building. I asked to change rooms but was told it wasn't possible. I also asked if the window could be opened and again the answer was no. Quite simply, this room should not be rented out during summer without air conditioning or adequate ventilation. The room was unbearably and in my opinion, dangerously hot. I couldn't sleep and had to keep drinking water just to stay hydrated. Eventually, I gave up and spent the night lying on the hallway floor next to an open fire escape, hoping for some cooler air. I wouldn't call it sleep. By 5 a.m. I was so exhausted and uncomfortable that I left. If I hadn't already cycled 150 km that day, I would have found another hotel. But it was late, I was completely exhausted, and all I wanted was a safe, comfortable place to sleep. Instead, I paid for a room that was effectively unusable.

− Children shouting like crazy at 7 o'clock in the morning, dog barking until late night, church bell every hour. I couldn't sleep at all, it was nightmare

− Der var enormt lydt. Man kunne høre folk trække vejret ude på gangen, og høre ind på andre værelser.
