− Elevadores demoram demais e mesmo vc estando no último andar, ele chega cheio porque vai pegando pessoas pra descer dos andares inferiores e vc é obrigado a aguardar o próximo. Fogão elétrico 2 bocas ruim que não chega a nem ao menos ferver a água. Vi chegando metade de um suíno jogado na carroceria de uma pick-up, exposto ao sol e poeira. Carro comum, complemente fora das normas de saúde para transporte de alimentos perecíveis. Não sei se o restaurante é terceirizado, mas, ainda assim, é de responsabilidade do condomínio.
