4.0The location was absolutely fantastic, with a breathtaking ocean view. It’s a dream spot for surfers, as you’re right by the waves. The pool was nice and we liked the small hotel feel.
− We found it quite far from popular tourist attractions, with drives of two to three hours to reach them. Booking.com states that it’s in San Miguel, but we had to drive an hour just to get to the real San Miguel. Our Google map stated that we were in Chirilagua. The room, unfortunately, was not the cleanest. The shower felt dirty, and we noticed a variety of bugs—baby termites on the pillows, ants at the back door, and even spiders in the bathroom. It just didn’t feel up to par for the price we paid.

− The service was too slow, the beds were too uncomfortable, and the bathroom was dirty, as were the towels.
