6.0The bed was comfy and the location was very central
− There is no air con in this hotel. They supply you with a very small, weak fan instead. When ours stopped working, I went down to reception to ask for a replacement. The staff member said she didn't have a spare but would sort something out. 4 hours later, nobody came up to provide us with a spare fan or update us that no solution had been found. They also left a card in our room that said you can call them on Whatsapp to save you going down to reception for any queries. I messaged them on it and also called multiple times to get a spare pillow but nobody ever answered. We were staying in a double bed with only one spare pillow which was quite flat. When it got to midnight, we just decided to go to sleep as the staff weren't going to do anything. Everytime I went to reception there was no one there and no way of contacting any staff.

9.0The bedsheets and towels were crispy and clean. There was shower gel and shampoo. The bedside tables were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I could borrow an adapter for my phone charger, for free. There are irons available, too. The croissants for breakfast were very nice and fresh. Wide range to choose from (cereals, yoghurts, many kinds of milk, English breakfast, fresh vegetables, olives, ham, salami, 2 kinds of cheese, sauces, coffee machine. I was quite pleased with it. Quite close to the centre, Domino pizza just around the corner and many other food options near by.
− The fan was broken. But it wasn't that hot so I actually didn't need it so I didn't ask for a replacement. The breakfast was ok, not terrific, but ok. I slept on better pillows. The view from the window was poor but I wasn't really bothered with it, I spent most of my time outside the hotel.
