1.0− I contacted them via Whatsapp the day before I wanted to check-in to ask about the bicycles. They answered back that they were fully booked, I replied by sending a screenshot of the reservation from Booking in spanish but they still replied that they wouldn't have a bed for me. I asked them then to cancel the reservation as I didn't want to pay a fee to which they didn't reply again. The next day around 8 pm they contacted me via Booking asking me when I would arrive, I explained they told me there wasn't a free bed left and I already went somewhere else to which they replied with 'Ok'.

9.0L'hôtel est super bien situé et permet de rejoindre facilement le désert rouge à pied ce qui est super agréable. Il offre aussi des services de transports pour aller un peu plus loin. Les repas sont bons et autour il existe aussi d'autres possibilités de restauration. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

10.0La ubicación es muy buena. Es un punto medio para recorrer el desierto. La cena que venden es rica y no es costosa. El tema del aseo les doy 10 de 10, todo estaba muy limpio.
